The berth equipped to the terminal is owned by Shenhua Chemical industrial co., Ltd. It is located at Nantong Economic & Technological Development Area,The lowest elevation of the river bottom of the wharf is -9.00 meters, the maximum water depth is about 11 meters. The width of the riverbed in front of the berth is more than 300 meters and its length exceeds 1000 meters. Berth capacity is 5,000 tons and this berth is a high-span plate girder structure, the width and length of its main platform is 73 meters and 14.5 meters, there are two independent bollards at the upstream and downstream of main platform 30 meters away from the end of this platform (4.5 meters in length and 4 meters in width). A steel bridge (28 meters long and 1.2 meters wide) is connected between the bollard and the main platform, and the berth length is about 135 meters.The main platform and land are connected by a trestle bridge of 206 meters in length and 10 meters in width, there is a 2.5-meter-wide pipeline on the trestle bridge. The side of the dock platform, on the upstream side of the trestle, there are auxiliary rooms, power distribution rooms and office rooms.

At present, the berthing capacity of the berthed vessel is not to exceed 7,500 metric tons, the draft is not to exceed 6.0 meters, and the length of the vessel should be less than 120 meters.
